Another song from the producer team Kerim Saka & DJ Wondermike.Unreleased Mix 1992, recorded at Far Music Studios.
This tune was released 1992 by BMG/MCI and contains the hook sample from Cab Calloway's Hi-De-Ho (1934).
Cabell "Cab" Calloway was an American jazz singer and bandleader.
In 1931 he recorded his most famous song, "Minnie the Moocher". That song, along with "St. James Infirmary Blues" and "The Old Man Of The Mountain," were performed for the Betty Boop animated shorts Minnie the Moocher, Snow White and The Old Man of the Mountain, respectively.
As a result of the success of "Minnie the Moocher," he became identified with its chorus, gaining the nickname "The Hi De Ho Man".
Mysterious Jay´s album "Dog Whitout A Leash" released in 1995 and produced by Frank Farian and recorded at Far Music Studios, conteined a cover of "Minnie the Moocher".
Enjoy this unreleased mix...
